Our performing arts education programs include theatre, creative movement, improvisation, music, somatic and mindfulness facilitation, original devised work, role-play, observation, critical response, storytelling, visual art activities, health education, and more! Through the unique improvisational nature of our practices, we can be presented with emergent themes and tailor our pedagogy to the needs of the participants.
SEEDLING: Early Childhood & Family Creative Movement
Supporting the health and well-being of children and their families through arts-based movement education across Northern Colorado! With dance, movement games, music, stories, props, and visual art, we inspire children and their families to move in a spirit of discovery.

BLOOM: Creative Expression for Youth Mental Health
Half of all mental health challenges emerge during or before adolescence, yet the average delay between the mental health system and intervention is about 11 years. Dandelion Arts Collective offers programming specifically to support youth mental health. These classes, workshops, and community events aim to improve social/emotional development, decrease stigma around mental health struggles, and increase social/emotional capacity with a positive youth development approach through arts-based practices.

PROPAGATE: Performing Arts & Disability
At Dandelion Arts Collective, we believe the arts are for everybody, regardless of ability, age, identity, or otherwise! Our collective members partner with numerous local organizations that serve disabled youth and adults, offering classes, workshops, performance events, and more! Through a “person first” lens, our members facilitate community-based programming to center the voices, creative interests, and stories of disabled individuals.
