Winter/Spring 2026 Dance at the Chilson Recreation Center in Loveland, Colorado
Session 1: January 6th-February 11th (6 weeks)
Session 2: February 17th-April 1st (6 weeks- no class March 17/18th)
Session 3: April 7th-May 13th (6 weeks)
Dance and Storytime for Toddlers & Families (ages 1.5-3): Tuesdays 9:15am
Mini Dancers: Tuesdays 10:00am (ages 3-4), Wednesdays 9:15am (ages 3-4), 3:15pm (ages 3.5-5)
Kids’ Dance: Wednesdays 10:00am (homeschoolers ages 4.5-7), Wednesdays 4:05pm (ages 5-7)
Youth Dance (ages 7.5-11): Wednesdays 5:00pm

New Voices: Shifting Perspectives through Creative Writing

Join Dandelion Arts Collective for a unique creative writing workshop where students will explore iconic stories through the experience of another character in the story, like the novel James by Percival Everett which reframes the story of Huckleberry Finn through the perspective of Jim instead of Huck. Practice writing in different perspectives through song-writing, poetry, spoken word, writing and journaling. This program is geared to teens 13-18 years old.

Performing Arts Personas for Teens 
Saturday November 8th 2:00pm-3:15pm
Broomfield Public Library
In this workshop, tweens and teens will create original characters utilizing performing arts techniques including costume and prop creation, improvisational theater, movement/dance, and makeup. Drawing inspiration from the legacies of theater, dance, cosplay, circus arts, and LGBTQIA+ performing art forms, participants will be empowered through creativity and self-expression.
